This service provides a physical barrier between the transported vehicles and external elements such as weather, road debris, and dust. This is especially crucial for valuable, rare, vintage, or luxury vehicles that need an added layer of protection during transit. Our enclosed transportation services also protect vehicles from adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, hail, or extreme heat. This ensures that our customers vehicles arrive at their destination in the same condition they were loaded. Whether you are moving across town or across the country, Stumpf Moving and Storage can accommodate your enclosed vehicle transportation.

For large furniture that will not fit into elevators or stairwells Stumpf Moving & Storage offers a rope hoisting service. For nearly a century we have perfected our rope hoisting technique, and we are proud to be one of the very few moving companies who have the ability to perform such moves.

Hoisting is an intricate technique that requires proper planning, equipment, and experience to be performed safely. Depending upon the location and the item to be hoisted, we can reach heights up to four stories. Anything over four stories will need to be lifted by a crane. Our move coordinators will be able to guide you through this process step by step ensuring peace of mind on your move day.
